Our company is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who will report to the Managing Director of a small mortgage broker business located in the ACT. With a collaborative and flexible style, you will be highly motivated and carry out a variety of tasks, some of which will be of a sensitive and confidential nature. Your key responsibilities will include: - Provide dedicated high level administrative & technical support *Preparation of agenda & take minutes at team meetings & distribute accordingly - Manage business as usual tasks including mail, scanning & filing - maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements - Coordinate the preparation of low-level legal work such as DocuSign, document execution forms & the signing of leases - Screen telephone calls, field & where possible manage enquiries & requests & escalate urgent matters appropriately - Manage confidential & sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion This role would suit a highly organized, thorough and customer focused PA/Administrator who demonstrates a "safe pair of hands". You will exhibit strong judgement, highly defined communication skills both written and verbal and display a proactive approach to your work. Accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. A critical thinker who is solution focused and always looking to improve will truly excel in this role. Enjoy supporting a high performing, collaborative, small professional team.
