About Rainbow Club
Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 350+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified swimming teacher to help children with disabilities learn to swim at Forde Rainbow Club (Location –Aquatots Swim Centre - Shop 2/30 Francis Forde Blvd, Forde ACT on Saturday and/or Sundays during term.

Responsibilities Swim Teacher:
Conduct safe, positive, and motivating swimming classes following our Swim the Rainbow Program
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of swim teaching and water safety, ensuring member safety and enjoyment
- Ability to manage members of various ages and abilities in an aquatic learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current CPR certificate
- Working with children check
- NDIS Workers Check
