Smart Kids Early Learning is a small, close-knit 40 place family owned and run centre located in Green Valley NSW. We cater for the needs of children from 1 year to 6 years of age over 2 rooms. We are looking for a dedicated and committed Diploma Educator (or working towards) who is willing to provide the best possible care and develop meaningful relationships with the children and our families to work on a full time basis in our service. You will be able to work independently and mentor other educators and work within a collaborative team culture. You will be involved in documentation, developing a child focused program to make every moment count. Passion What we need from you:

- Hold either a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) OR be working towards

Have current First Aid, CPR And Asthma/Anaphylaxis training or willing to obtain

Have current and valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC)

Have experience with documentation writing

Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
