As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart Green Point**:
Goodstart Green Point is located in a convenient position close to schools, a shopping complex, and the local library and community centre. Our spacious outdoor play area provides many opportunities for the children to extend their development and explore their surrounds. A variety of different nationalities attend our service, and we maintain a connection with the local multicultural resource centre to enable us to access resources, explore different cultures, and be appropriately inclusive of all of our families. **You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
