About the Role

As part of our close-knit OSHC team, you'll:

  • Create engaging, child-led programs that reflect children's interests and values.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired.
  • Support the daily operations of the service, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance.
  • Contribute your ideas and creativity to a service that values innovation and teamwork.
  • Work both before and after school sessions daily to provide comprehensive OSHC coverage.

About You

You're someone who values belonging, relationships, and joy in learning. You'll bring:

  • A genuine love for working with school-aged children.
  • Minimum Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent).
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.
