**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible to build and maintain client relationships as their main point of contact as they proceed through their residential development projects. You will maintain an accurate database of information, create memorable experiences and manage client expectations.

**Duties**:

- Interact with clients daily, being the first point of contact
- Manage the client interactions through their entire building project
- Prepare efficient building and land contracts
- Maintain building job files and document all variations accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service across all interactions

**Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Customer service background, ideally in a similar industry
- Be pro-active, dedicated and a self-starter who will actively address client concerns
- High attention to detail, problem solving and accurate data entry skills
- Be solutions focused and resilient in your processes
