- Salary range: $56,951 - $76,425 plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role Join our growing Independent Family Advocacy and Support (IFAS) team as an Administrative Services Officer. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the effective operation of IFAS by providing administrative support to the Manager and a team of advocates based in several VLA offices across Victoria.
The role will encompass a range of administrative functions including invoicing, meeting and event organisation, maintenance of policies, processes and systems that support the team, and providing information to clients and stakeholders regarding IFAS services.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
- Demonstrated administrative and office support skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong coordination, time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience working in a legal or social services environment.
