Exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist in the Central Coast
Role Title: Medical Receptionist
Dates: 2 week contract at the end of March
Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Rate: $30 - $40 per hour + super (pending experience)
Location: Wyoming

Hays currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team. Our client works within healthcare industry, located in the Central Coast. This position will primarily manage the day-to-day workflow of the front desk, ensuring the smooth operation of patient clinics. We are seeking someone who is customer centric, enjoys working in small teams that priorities patient care and has a high level of professionalism.

**Your new role**
You will be passionate about customer service, with prior experience working in a Medical Reception role.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Reception duties including greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls.
- Answering customer enquiries in an efficient manner.
- Use of medical billing systems
- Responsible for general ad-hoc duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience essential.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Highly organised and have great customer service skills.
- Previous use of billing systems Best Practice, or Genie.
