**About the Role**:
If you are looking for your next career move, Hunter St. Hospitality brands have a range of opportunities for a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team.
- Previous experience in a management role
- A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
- Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends
- A love of all thing’s hospitality

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
- Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture

**Contract Type**:Permanent/ Full Time

**A minimum annual guaranteed earning of $63,000 - $65,000 paid hourly according to Restaurant Industry Award 2020 or Hospitality Industry General Award 2020, qualification and experience.**
