**Your Opportunity**

In this newly created role, EssilorLuxottica is looking for a Brand Manager to sit within our Marketing Team. In this exciting opportunity you will manage our House Brand Portfolio with a focus on Ray-Ban. You will also manage the brand marketing for Oliver Peoples, Persol, Arnette and Vogue across the ANZ region.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive House Brand sales and brand image within our Retail and Wholesale businesses. The role oversees the delivery & execution of a fully integrated product, marketing and business strategy. Reporting to our Senior Brand Marketing Manager this role will see you also liaise with key stakeholders, including Corporate Brand Managers, local product and commercial teams and trade marketing functions.

**Requirements for Success**
- Act as the primary local custodian of the House Brand portfolio
- Champion the Ray-Ban brand, owning and driving the strategic brand plans
- Communicate the global brand direction to the Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce business
- Develop and implement category and brand marketing strategies for each brand tailored to ANZ needs that maximizes collection launches, brand activities and business opportunities
- Negotiate funding and manage both brand and product driven campaigns to influence consumer perception, awareness, and consideration
- Ensuring brand execution is consistent across in store and all media channels
- Oversee the customer insights program to fuel local implementation of global brand and business direction
- Cross channel collaboration in communicating and sharing the marketing plan and product range for all campaigns
- Provide feedback on local market and brand initiatives with a strong level of analysis and sales insights to corporate teams.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Business specialising in Marketing or Communications
- Have a customer centric approach
- A broad marketing skill-set with a creative flair
- Able to express ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly and clearly, both verbally and written
- Builds strong relationships both internally and externally and shows high levels of integrity
- Understanding of how-to translate data and insights into actionable plans
- Exhibit strong understanding of business KPIs, drivers of retail and business performance with solid reporting skills
- Highly organised with multi-tasking skills second-to-none
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting the small things right the first time
- Commits to and takes ownership of obligations and achievements
