**Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher - Swan Valley**

Black Swan Winery and Restaurant is one of Swan Valleys premier winery and dining venue.
- The restaurant is fully licensed offering a la carte dining for lunch and dinner. The venue also specializes in functions, ranging from special occasions, birthday celebrations, corporate events, hen's parties and wedding receptions
- The venue has met industry benchmarks in such that it consistently qualifies as finalists in Gold Plate, AHA and Restaurant Excellence Awards
- Black Swan Winery and Restaurant is open 7 days for wine tasting and cellar door sales and lunch. Dinners are on Friday and Saturday evenings.
- An enthusiastic and reliable dishwasher and kitchen hand required on weekends and some weekdays.
- The person must have good communication skills, have experience in basic kitchen prep such washing and peeling vegetables, use of sous vide machine to preserve food, rotating use by dates on cool room produce, assist chefs with preparation of service set up.
- We require a person who is careful with washing and drying of plates and cutlery and who has an eye to detail with cleanliness.
- Casual positions are available, and, for the right person, immediate start is available.
- Preference is given to applicants with hospitality experience in "kitchen hand/ dishwasher"
- Shifts are mixture of midweek days, evenings and working weekends is a must due to being our busiest times.
- Own, reliable transport is essential as public transport is limited in the Swan Valley.

Pay: $23.23 - $54.36 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
