An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced **Property Manager** looking to advance their career with a top performing agency.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you’ll be led by a manager who is always hands-on to support, guide and encourage. It’s a collaborative environment where everybody’s opinions and suggestions are valued and heard.

The team is vibrant, progressive, fun and energetic. We use the latest prop technology to run an efficient, paperless office which allows for flexibility and opportunities to work from home.

On a daily basis, you’ll be liaising with landlords and tenants as you manage a portfolio of 160 properties with the support of a leasing consultant and trust accounts.

To succeed in this role, you must enjoy a fast-paced, team environment, be able to think on your feet and problem solve. A passion for building strong relationships and helping people is essential. As is a current Driver’s License and your own vehicle.

This is mainly a Monday to Friday role and is available for an immediate start. We provide a competitive salary based on experience and plenty of opportunities for career progression.
