The Forestville Bakery offers a variety of work patterns, with shift penalties, weekend rates and overtime opportunities enhancing the weekly earning potential.
**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for Production Operators to join our Forestville site. The Process Operator will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas.
Opportunities currently exist for the follwing two shift patterns:
**Shift one**:
Tuesday 1.15pm - 10.45pmpm
Wednesday 1.15pm - 11.45pm
Thursday 1.15pm - 11.45pm
Friday 2.15pm - 11.45pm
**Shift two**:
Monday 7.30am - 2.00pm
Tuesday 7.30am - 2.00pm
Wednesday 7.30am - 2.00pm
Thursday 7.30am - 6.00pm
Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm
**You will be responsible for**:

- Full compliance of company rules
- Operations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
- Effectively move between departments to assist
- Achieve OEE and Waste on target
- Active involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetings
- Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment. Attend all relevant training programs
- Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames
- Executes Start up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly
- Ensure personal hygiene and uniform company policies, site minimum expectations and standards are strictly adhered to

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous machine operation/process work experience
- Effective oral and written communication
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Health and Safety awareness
- Quality awareness
- Previous food industry experience is desirable
