Inner Works Solutions is recruiting a **Commercial Night Supervisor** for a well-known commercial cleaning business in the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Region.

**About the Role**:As the Commercial Night Supervisor, you'll lead the night shift operations, oversee a dedicated team, ensure tasks are executed seamlessly, and uphold safety and security standards. You'll contribute to the overall success of our nighttime operations while embodying their motto**:Where service meets passion.**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with the rostering manager for optimal staff placements.
- Monitor shift workflow, promptly addressing any disruptions or challenges.
- Champion safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any breaches.
- Train and supervise new staff, implementing effective training procedures.
- Assist management in setting and communicating staff goals and expectations.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
- Schedule real-time site checks to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with management to ensure seamless teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and initiative during shifts.
- Working times: 4-10 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Wednesday so you can attend the managers' meeting at 1 p.m. The total hours for the week will be approximately 33 hours per week. **Talk about work-life balance**

- Proficient in training and maintaining quality standards during site checks.
- Committed to delivering exceptional quality service to our clients.
- Skilled in addressing challenges and resolving issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills with both management and staff.
- Confident in decision-making processes.
- Experience in the cleaning industry is a must.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
