**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Leadership**: Serve as the primary contact for high-value partners, building strong relationships to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- **Team Collaboration and Support**:Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and customer success to align strategies and deliver coordinated initiatives that support partner success and satisfaction.
- **Market Insights and Reporting**:Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, identify competitive dynamics, and provide partners with actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports on revenue growth, pipeline status, and regional metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor-level degree.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management, ideally but not necessarily in, software or real estate-related activities. with at least 2 years in a mid-level senior sales role.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and objectives within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in data-driven sales strategies.
