National Payroll Manager

**The role**: Reporting to a fantastic Head of Payroll Services, as National Payroll Manager you will take ultimate responsibility for the timely & accurate delivery of a payroll covering weekly, fortnightly & monthly payment runs whilst managing a team of four. Payroll is run on ADP (in-house) and Kronos. Duties will include:
- Assisting in processing payroll on occasions
- Direct management of the payroll function including Superannuation, payroll Tax, and Workers Comp
- Ensure all Payroll reporting is delivered to the business within timeframes
- Improve process & procedures across the payroll function where possible
- Ensure all five awards are adhered to and interpreted accurately
- Displaying strong people leadership including reviews, coaching & training
- Ensure the morel of the payroll team remains motivated & positive at all times
