We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to manage our vibrant Burleigh Heads venue. As Venue Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store,
keeping the energy high, the team motivated, and our customers smiling.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead your team by example, delivering top-tier customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Manage daily inventory and stock
- Ensure a safe, positive work environment that meets all OH&S standards
- Recruit, train, and inspire your team to grow
- Monitor key metrics like labour costs and COGs
- Take ownership of the venue’s performance, including P&L responsibility

- A natural leader with hospitality or retail management experience (QSR experience a bonus)
- A people-first person who thrives on building strong team and customer relationships
- Positive, proactive, and always ready to take on a challenge
- Organised and focused on continuous improvement
