**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored home loan solutions that align with their financial goals.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to sales growth and the execution of our strategic vision.
- **Pipeline Management**: Efficiently handle a pipeline of customers, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Remote Communication**: Effectively engage with customers remotely, primarily over the phone, to provide exceptional service and support.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years within a lender, bank, or mortgage brokerage, dealing with diverse lending scenarios.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated success in sales with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build rapport, show empathy, and establish long-term partnerships with clients.
- **Organisational Skills**: Proficiency in planning, time management, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in managing documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- **Education**: Certificate IV (or higher) in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
- **Commercial Insight**: Strong understanding of market dynamics and financial products.
