**Your New Role**

The Manager, Reward delivers expert guidance on Aware’s reward and recognition strategy and frameworks. The role supports the delivery of total reward and recognition initiatives that bring to life Aware’s employee value proposition, leveraging industry trends and insights to ensure recognition and reward initiatives are competitive and effective. The role helps drives a sense of belonging at Aware, ensuring our people feel valued for their unique contributions and incentivised to perform at their best.

In this role, you will:

- Assist in the design and delivery of reward strategies, including remuneration, recognition, benefits and superannuation;
- Ensure Aware’s remuneration frameworks attract and retain talent and remain compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and Aware’s policies through regular audits and updates;
- Assist in the design and delivery of new benefits and review the effectiveness of existing ones. Manage relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery; and
- Assist in the delivery of recognition initiatives that recognise both individual and team achievements, ensure initiatives align to Aware’s culture and values, bringing to life Aware’s reward strategy and employee value proposition.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data related to reward and recognition, effectively informing decision making;
- Proven experience in deriving actionable insights from gender pay audits and implementing strategies to address identified disparities;
- Track record in evaluating reward and recognition strategies through a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) lens, utilizing data analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement;
- Up to date understanding of reward legislation, market trends, and best practise in reward;
- Certification in AON or similar job evaluation methodologies, with proven ability to deliver consistent and fair job evaluations;
- Experience delivering remuneration review cyclical activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives; and
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
