The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- As the Retail Claims Team Manager, you’ll motivate, lead, and develop a team of claims consultants as they manage portfolios of Income Protection and TPD claims. You’ll inspire and empower your team to reach their development goals, and coach and mentor them to constantly improve our customers’ experience and drive continuous improvements, while fostering a culture of integrity and respect.- The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing SLA’s and Life Code obligations. Additionally, you will be required to manage and review escalated complaints and analyse and resolve quality and customer service issues as they arise.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience in managing high performance claims teams, as well as a proven track record in managing retail claims.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the medical, legal, product and regulatory obligations required to satisfy the life insurance industry obligations.
- Sound knowledge of the Life Insurance Code of Practice and AFCA.
- You’ll also have experience of leading initiatives and managing organisational change.
- Successful completion or study to satisfy the Life Insurance Claims Professional Standards.
