**What’s the opportunity?**

You'll provide support for production and non production Microsoft DB environment, with a focus on maximum availability and performance to Vocus internal staff.

**What you’ll be doing in the role**:

- Provide ongoing operational support for the Vocus Databases platforms and related systems
- Maintain the integrity, availability, reliability, performance, optimisation, capacity and recoverability of Vocus Databases.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Vocus disaster readiness capacity and procedures.
- Support and assist solution architects, developers, BI team and related staff in appropriate and optimised methods to create, access and maintain scalable structured data.
- Assist and knowledge sharing between the DBA team.
- Collaborate and work effectively with other teams
- Other Vocus database tasks as directed

**What you will need to be successful in a team like this**:

- You have the full rights to work in Australia. You're an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident
- You have between 2 and 3 years of commercial experience in Microsoft Database technologies.
- Good knowledge and experience in scripting including PowerShell, SSRS,SSIS, PowerBI and etc
- Good knowledge in enterprise database migration cross platform.
- Good understanding of Customer Information Security.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Server Environment
