**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director & General Manager, Mental Health.
In this role, no two days are the same; you’ll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of Executive Assistants, supporting one another to ensure seamless operations across our Senior Leadership group.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing high-level executive and administrative support, including managing communications, diaries, and workload prioritisation.
- Preparing briefs, correspondence, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, committees, and events, including agendas, minutes, travel, and logistics.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Acting as a key contact point for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Building strong working relationships with executives, senior managers, and colleagues across HNE Health.
