**Salary Classification**: Administration Officer Level 4, Year 1-2
**Remuneration**: $36.45-$37.29 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO's
**THE ROLE**:
The Clinical Trial Data Manager is responsible for the data entry of specific trials designated to them. The Data manager is expected to:
Manage the data entry as per the study requirements
Coordinate with trial coordinators and investigators to ensure timely accurate data entry
Support the trial team with general administrative duties
Communicate effectively with the trial team, department, trial sponsors, supporting departments within hospital and relevant external parties.
Maintain effective and efficient processes that ensure quality research and data integrity
Support the trial team and department researchers with trial related administrative duties
**DUTIES**:
Manage data entry
Coordinate with trial coordinators and investors to ensure timely data entry
Support the trial team with general administrative duties
Assist the Clinical Trial laboratory technician with trial specimen processing in times of high activity or leave.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Qualification in data management or health or science or working towards or a combination of qualifications or experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology with the ability to interpret medical record for required information and results
Able to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and organisational skills including time management.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated effective computer skills spreadsheets,, databases and word processing packages
Demonstrated ability to effectively problem-solve, show initiative and execute sound judgement.
