We're looking for bilingual professionals, either Mandarin or Cantonese, to join our Global Client Services team here in Melbourne This team will be responsible for high-quality services and day-to-day operations at a global level.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support our clients at all levels
- Assist clients with the KYC procedure
- Provide a tour around the trading platform
- Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training
- Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets
- Collect clients’ feedback and analyse how clients’ experience can be improved
- Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues
- Dispute handling

**A Bit About You**:

- Bilingual is highly desirable, specifically in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Previous experience in the customer services field, preferably in financial services
- Knowledge about the CFD industry and relevant products is highly preferable
- Professional service over online communication channels
- Ability to work under pressure, while working towards the team’s goal
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills including time management
- Analytical thinking and good judgement
- Bilingual - Mandarin or Cantonese
