Due to our continual expansion, we are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Specialist**. It is a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations, but we are well rewarded with great colleagues, recognition for a job well done, and a fun and flexible work culture. About the role:

- Work from Home. Training provided in Sydney (Expenses Paid)
- Uphold the company’s strong reputation for customer service by meeting all customer needs and exceeding expectations
- Generate quotes and timelines for clients as requested
- Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Making unhappy customers happy
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Ensuring all tasks and customer follow ups are completed in a timely manner
- Continually striving to meet the company’s customer satisfaction standards
- Rotating roster with 1-2 Saturday's per month
- Closed Sundays and Public holidays

The successful applicant will possess:

- Proven experience in a similar role (customer service/automotive)
- Ability to type minimum 50wpm
- Strong customer service experience and ability
- Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store (Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc)
- Ability to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
- Intermediate computer & typing skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work effectively independantlly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English
