We have transformed the vehicle purchasing experience, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping adventure. With our innovative new concept, we are now seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.

We are taking the electric vehicle movement to the people, with mobile vehicle activation displays scheduled at a number of major shopping centres across Perth. Begin your journey in automotive as a Product Genius, where you will engage with the hundreds of interested guests wanting to know more about this incredible electric vehicle brand. You will be trained to be a product expert, so you can show off the product in highly energetic, enthusiastic and professional manner.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager this role will be a customer focused role, responsible for organising customer deliveries and providing ongoing support to the Sales Manager by coordinating various in-house duties whilst liaising between internal departments. The role includes Saturday shifts.

This includes:

- Presenting yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Presenting the vehicles, displays and marketing area in a highly professional manner
- Ensuring a positive customer journey to a greener future, and displaying total product knowledge
- Building and creating relationships with guests, assisting with buying decisions
- Representing the BYD brand like a true professional, and great advocate
- Conducting test drives and performing vehicle delivery handovers

**About you**:
We want eager, enthusiastic, clever and passionate people who have had previous experience in retail sales, hospitality or Tertiary study, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

You will ideally possess:

- Exceptional customer service to provide customers with the best experience
- Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy
- A Passion and interest in EV technology is a must.
- A valid driver's license
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
