About the role
The Officer - Resilience is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing the resilience of individuals, households, and communities. The role involves assisting in the implementation of evidence-based resources, training, and community activities to build capacity to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disasters and crises.

- Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise their own work and that of lower classified staff and/or volunteers

Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanity
- Financial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
