**Claims Support Officer l Personal Injury - Brisbane, QLD**

We currently have an opportunity for a Claims Support Officer in our Brisbane office, who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the expectation of our internal and external Allianz Workers Compensation customers.

**Important to your success**:

- Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, business objectives and relevant Legislation
- Effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing high levels of
- customer service
- Adhere to Allianz business objectives and Workcover standards, as applicable
- Process and complete work allocated within required timeframes meeting requirements (as per Allianz and Worksafe guidelines) including accurate processing to ensure no erroneous payments are made
- Respond to task related queries from various stakeholders, escalating to Case manager, Technical Manager, Team Leader or Manager as required
- Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals,
- assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment and contributing in a positive manner to the team's morale

**About You**
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively. Organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies with information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity
- Extensive experience working with Victorian Workers Compensation Legislation or equivalent
- Experience and / familiarity with MS Office, ACCtion, Novus and Outlook technology involving Data entry
- Excellent time management skills and the demonstrated experience in working with short timeframes
