**Position: Support Worker**

**Location: Fremantle, WA**

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Fremantle, WA**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**This client requires assistance with domestic assistance and companion care, including transport assistance. This role requires a carer that speak fluent, clear english and someone who has a reliable, well air conditioned car. Shifts are Friday 10am-12pm, sometimes extending through to 1pm.**

**We also have other clients in this area that require assistance, offering the opportunty to pick up shift to build your hours.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Experience in providing at home care including Personal Care
- Must be available 10am-12pm on Fridays, with the ability to extend until 1pm sometimes.
- Must speak fluent, clear English with mínimal accent.
- Must have a reliable, air conditioned car.
