**About us**

Comfort Keepers South is a private In-Home Care and NDIS registered provider. We provide high quality services to the elderly and people living with complex needs so they can continue to live fulfilled lives in their own homes. We operate south of the river from Belmont to Armadale, Cannington to Fremantle and Rockingham/Kwinana to Singleton.

**About the role**

Due to our continued growth and success, we have several opportunities for individuals passionate about enabling our clients to remain happy and healthy in their homes. You will enjoy working with a diverse range of people, supporting them in all activities of daily living. You will have previous experience supporting in the areas of:

- Personal care (showering, toileting, dressing and continence care)
- Meal preparation
- Shopping assistance
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
- Domestic assistance and laundry
- Social Support and Respite
- Medication prompts

**Your skills and experience**

We do require our Support Workers to have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), or Cert III in Aged Care/Disability.
- Experience in aged care, disability or community nursing experience is desirable.
- Clean, reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
- Access to a smartphone for work purposes.
- Valid WA Drivers Licence.
- Reliable hours and days of availability.
- Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Proof of Influenza Vaccination.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (to be obtained if successful and prior to commencing work).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current working with Children Check (or willing to apply).
- Willingness to travel.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- A caring nature, professional approach and passion for Aged care and Disability.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Driver Licence (preferred)
