**Your new company**

You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. Providing outstanding customer service experience and outcomes for various queries including reporting faults and emergencies.

**Your new role**

As a senior consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high quality customer service for both internal and external customers
- Receiving and managing escalated customer complaints regarding faults and emergencies
- Support monitoring and evaluating of service staff
- Provide training and continuous support to team members when needed
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster long-standing relationships
- Maintain accurate data entry for current records

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in a contact centre
- Ability to handle difficult conversations over the phone and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and resilient
- Accomplishment of a Diploma or higher-level qualifications in computing, engineering or business is highly desirable.
