- **Identify, develop and deliver** quality outcomes for clients in varied industries across WCA Solutions range of HR services.
- **Deliver commercially driven HR Solutions** by managing client expectations, optimising resources, budgets and deliverables.
- **Maintain a culture of continuous improvement **by proactively improving WCA Solutions HR processes and tools to stay ahead of the game.
- **Having a positive and can-do attitude **by taking responsibility for your actions, fixing your mistakes, learning from it, and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done when required.
- **Proactively keeping up to date** and informed of Industrial Relations changes, and new and innovative approaches to HR delivery.
- **Support and mentor** less experienced consultant work to ensure WCA Solutions and client objectives are achieved.
- **Build new client base** **and retention** by representing WCA Solutions professionally, building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience as an HR generalist
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Awesome attitude, emotional intellgence and shared values
- Excellent time management and ability to work within a billable environment
- Eagerness to learn and an interest in mentoring enthusiastic staff
- Ability to develop and foster professional relationships
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
