**In this role you'll be responsible for**:

- Reviewing and improving all current user manuals
- Collaborating with the broader Purchasing team to gather key product knowledge to support the creation of informative, logical and coherent user guides to support our customer experience
- Work with our Customer Care Team to provide recommendations, input and content for training guides and materials for customer-facing team members
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement to enhance our User Manuals, Quick Start Guides and related Technical communications to our customers and internal stakeholders

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:

- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Arts, Literature or similar)
- An effective communicator, with a proven ability to bring a brand voice to life and create engaging copy which supports achieving business outcomes
- Have a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- Able to manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Project Management, ChatGPT systems will be highly preferred
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Being agile and adaptable is key to success
- Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver an outstanding result
