**The role**
This Government agency is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create Case Management System User Guides in a language where end users will clearly understand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing high quality documentation related to the development and ongoing operation of the new Case Management System
- Participate in collaborative forums to determine a wide range of documentation requirements
- Set documentation standards and operate a quality assurance function
- Ensure version control and document history is observed and comprehensive across the program
- Prepare inputs for quality assurance processes and program governance
**Key Skills**
- Strong experience as a Technical Writer
- Strong experience producing technical documentation and user guides
- Experience using project support tools such as the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
- Prior Government experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
