**The Company**:
Michell has been in the wool business since 1870, with global headquarters in Adelaide and processing facilities in South Australia and Suzhou China. Michell Wool is a significant buyer, processor and exporter of Australian wool and is known as a reliable supplier throughout International markets.

**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a vacancy for a skilled operator at our Salisbury site. This role will be on a three week rotating roster working 12 hour shifts, day shift from 6.30am - 6.30pm & night shift 6.30pm - 6.30am.
- **Week one**:Monday, Tuesday day shift and Thursday, Friday night shift.
- **Week two**:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday day shift
- **Week three**:Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday night shift.

The roster is worked over a **3 week cycle with 10 workings days**, providing more days off to spend with the family & friends

In addition to the family friendly roster our production employees receive **RDO's** and an **annual bonus payment**

**About the role**:
As a skilled operator you will play an important role in the processing of our wool. Working in a small team of six, this hands on role includes;
- monitoring the processing of the wool,
- perform quality assurance checks,
- operating complex machinery, and
- working well in a team.

- a strong work ethic,
- a commitment to your own safety and that of others,
- the ability to follow instructions and procedures,
- awareness of working with chemicals and hazardous substances,
- a strong mechanical aptitude,
- good communication skills and be a great team player,
- demonstrated initiative, attention to detail,
- must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
