**Your next opportunity**:
We are now looking for multiple **Production Team Members** to join our team based in Salisbury South.

This role involves working on our wool production line, reporting to the shift leader, and ensuring the efficient processing and packing of wool.

More specifically, this role will involve:

- Currently working on a 12-hour rotating shift roster, 7 days out of a 10-day cycle
- Every Monday off and every 2nd Friday off and no weekend work
- Packing wool and progressing to operating different machines
- Following detailed processes and maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Standing for long periods and working on your feet
- Adhering to safety and quality standards
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Developing skills and potentially advancing to supervisory/team leader roles

**What you will bring to the team**:
To be successful, you must have experience in Shift Work and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a Manufacturing environment. If you are comfortable in your own skin, can follow processes in a team environment and have great attention to detail, we really could be a fit for you.
