**Customer Service Representative | Medical Device**
**The Company**
You will be working for an ASX-listed global manufacturer that has been in operation for the last 20 years, with offices across Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe. With a global HQ and manufacturing site in Sydney, they are developing and manufacturing an Australian-made product used across the globe.
**The Role**
In your new position as the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all information is recorded and requests are being processed accurately into their operating systems.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all enquiries from Customers, OEMs and Distributors
- Contribute to the development of Service Level Agreements with customers, OEMs, and distributors
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Service and Supply Chain to assist in the delivery of products and services
- Report on Customer Service Key Performance Measures
- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the function and develop action plans to implement changes
**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar position in the medical device industry
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Task-orientated with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workload and work effectively within a busy team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with exposure to Salesforce highly desirable
