**About the Role**

You’ll be supporting a **male participant living with anxiety and depression**, helping him build confidence and maintain his daily routine in a calm and encouraging environment.

Fluent English is essential, as the participant values **clear, positive, and friendly communication.**

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Providing one-on-one emotional and practical support
- Assisting with daily routines while promoting independence
- Following the participant’s support plan with care and attention
- Maintaining open and respectful communication with the participant, family, and support team

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
- TFN or ABN, and full working rights in Australia
