Connie's Italian Diner is the fun, loud and newest addition to the Made In The Shade family of The Everleigh alumni and is on the hunt for a Floor Supervisor who understands the art of uniting nostalgia and contemporary service standards.

Connie’s is a trip back in time, a remembrance of things past when life was simpler and carefree mixed with a healthy serving of New York to boot. From dancing tunes from the 70’s and 80’s under our glittering disco ball to drool worthy deep dish grandma pies that will change your views of pizza in general. We are on the hunt for a supervisor who will excel on the floor, is a natural in talking about everything from zeppole to amaros and sees themselves as a true hospitality leader.

Who we are looking for:
While in addition to knowing 80’s trivia and your way around a jukebox, the successful Supervisor for Connie’s will need to show additional New York/Italian flare:

- The ability to lead within a very energetic team - supporting your colleagues, from working within all aspects of the venue, inspiring your team-mates, having fun and being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.
- A talent for multi tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
- A strong work ethic, the confidence to be able to talk the talk and passionate for your continued development with the hospitality industry - we believe that working with hospitality professionals breeds a desire for consistently pushing your learning and knowledge and desire to continually improve.
- We want to you have that creative soul that's craving excellence.
- You will need to have the skills to effectively build and develop relationships within the front of house and back of house teams - we promote a friendly, respectful, positive and approachable attitude.
- Experience - we cannot forget Ideally you will have 3 years within similar venues and at least 2 of those within a supervisory role and a strong section waiter background.
