Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Zur Unterstützung unseres Housekeeping-Teams suchen wir eine/n Floor Supervisor / Gouvernante 100% ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:

1. Strukturierung des Tagesablaufes und Verteilung der Aufgaben für das Housekeeping-Team der jeweiligen Schichten

2. Bei Bedarf Unterstützung beim Reinigen der Gästezimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche

3. Kontrolle der Ordnung in den Housekeeping-Offices und der Etagenwagen

4. Koordination und Organisation des Couverture-Services sowie Vorbereitungen für den nächsten Tag

5. Unterstützung des Executive Housekeepers bei der Mitarbeiterführung

6. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ oder mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (Luxushotellerie von Vorteil)

7. Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturiertes Arbeiten

8. Bereitschaft zu Zimmerstunde, Schicht- und Wochenendeinsätzen

9. Fachkompetenz, Qualitätsdenken und Einsatzbereitschaft

10. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
