**Job Title: Student Education Counselor - Onshore (Sydney)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students through the admissions process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documents.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline the admissions process.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Address and resolve student concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Educational Resource Knowledge**:

- Stay abreast of educational programs, courses, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to students.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate and current knowledge.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in informational sessions, workshops, and events to promote educational offerings and engage with students.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
- Generate reports as needed to track student progress and provide insights for improvement.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay informed about relevant education regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in all student-related activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, Counseling, or a related field.
- 1-year previous experience in education counseling or a related role preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- **Counseling Skills**:

- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges students may face.
- **Organization and Time Management**:

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Efficient time management skills to prioritize responsibilities.

**Red Flags**:

- **Lack of Professionalism**:

- Any history of unprofessional behavior or inappropriate conduct.
- **Inadequate Knowledge of Education System**:

- Limited understanding of the Australian education system and its offerings.
- **Poor Communication with Students**:
