Seisma is a leading technology solutions provider, specialising in Salesforce implementations and customisations. We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Growth Practice Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively demonstrating the value of Salesforce solutions to our clients.
Next to having access to over 100 Salesforce specialists (Managed services, Support Analysts, Consultants, Developers, Project Managers/Coordinators, Test and Data analysts, UI/UX/CX team), you will have access to all other areas and specialists within the Seisma Group to ensure the quality and on-time delivery our clients expect.
Your role will include:
- Engaging all Seisma Salesforce clients as the Lead Engagement Manager
- Lead Pre-Sales discussions with potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Salesforce services.
- Managing the commercial outcomes of client SOWs to budget
- Leveraging relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to create growth opportunities for Seisma
- Organise and deliver Technical discussions with the Sales Team.
- Assist with Marketing initiatives such as live events, webinars to promote Seisma
Do you have the following proven skills and abilities:
- Experience as a Practice Manager with a proven track record of Sales and Growth within a CRM Practice.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering pre-sales engagements and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team player, where applicable mentor and develop colleagues to enhance the breadth and depth of their skills
- Knowledge of, and experience with CRM products such as Salesforce and it’s related product suit.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all organisational levels.
