Senior Associate – Asset Valuation and Data Management/Reconciliations

Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management to support our Asset Valuation, Data Management, and Reconciliations teams. Our team handles daily securities valuation, static data creation and maintenance, data quality controls, and valuation validation in line with Macquarie Asset Management’s Pricing Policy. We also produce daily cash, stock, and other reconciliations, along with reporting and cash publication following the Reconciliation Framework.

What role will you play?

You will assist in daily securities valuation across various security types, perform validation controls on security prices, and manage static data processes for domains like security master and portfolio data. Additionally, you will oversee daily cash reconciliations in Aladdin, ensuring timely reconciliation, publishing cash reports, and investigating discrepancies.

What you offer

- 2+ years experience in a financial services middle office role, such as operations, reconciliations, settlements, trade support, or pricing
- Good understanding of financial markets and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
