**Your new company**
This leading insurance company based in Toowoomba are seeking 2 x Client Service Consultants on a 12 month max term contract to join their growing team.

**Your new role**
As a Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their business insurance needs.
To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities that are in line with customer’s needs.

These are a 12 month max term positions, and require full time availability to work between during operation hours of 8:30am to 5pm.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The ability to multitask and confidently manage multiple technologies
- Strong customer focus and ability to connect with customer
- A proactive approach and resilience to overcome customer objection
- Strong interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant industry experience is desired but not essential
