As Assistant Boutique Manager at Emporio Armani, you will together with the Boutique Manager assist in all aspects of our boutique operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maximise sales, and uphold the brand's image and standards. Your strong leadership skills, retail expertise, and passion for luxury fashion will drive the success of the boutique while creating an inspiring and customer focused environment.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Drive boutique sales by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for both personal and store sales.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Emporio Armani products, materials, craftsmanship, and the latest collections to enhance the selling ceremony with clients.
- Embody the Giorgio Armani group brand values, adhere to the group's grooming guidelines and service standards, and always uphold exceptional standards of professionalism and service.
- Cultivate solid and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment to achieve shared goals and facilitate store opening and closing procedures shared goals.
- Assist the Boutique Manager by leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants. Providing them with guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Responsible for ensuring that product description tags are correctly attached to all items in the store. Actively participate in rolling stocktakes and be available to assist with the full biannual stocktakes.
- Maintain in-store Visual Merchandising adhering to Global/Regional guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System and all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Policies.
**_ Required Competencies (Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature)_**
- Experience in a luxury fashion environment.
- Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.
**Academic / Professional Qualifications**
- University graduate or above in Business or related disciplines (not compulsory).
- At least 2 plus years in luxury boutique management or Assistant Management role.
