**Eligibility/ Other Requirements**

If you are successful, you will be placed on a six week paid training program where you will get a taste for Service Desk life and learn from our experienced customer service agents. On successful completion of training, you may be offered a longer term temporary position with the ACT Public Service which may have the possibility of permanency and an opportunity for working with a great group of professionals.**_ _**

**Notes**:This is a temporary position available for eight weeks with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
