Eden Ritchie is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager with a background in both business and IT and understands software development.

You will work closely with the Executive Program Manager and Program team, to be responsible for overseeing the work of project managers and business analysts, communicating their progress to senior management at regular intervals.

Reporting to the Executive Program Manager, this role will be the key delivery partner contact, and will partner with the product owner, product leads, technical and ITP teams to define strategy, requirements, and timelines as well as lead cross-functional development teams through design, delivery, and support.

The role requires extensive Project Management skills and experience (10+ years) with successful track record of managing and delivering complex initiatives. Ability to lead, motivate & coach project and technical teams to successfully design, deliver and manage effective solutions.

**As the Solution Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, direct and monitor the activities of project and technical team resources, vendors, and partners, throughout the project to completion
- Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to a team of Project Managers and team members, establishing best practices, PM methodologies, quality assurance and control, tools, and templates
- Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for a large sized or multiple projects of high complexity
- Supports projects through appropriate resource assignments
- Participate in budget preparation and tracking
- Provide status reports to Management as appropriate, highlighting risks and issues
- Identify emerging issues and provide high level, expert, and authoritative advice to senior management on complex project issues, to ensure the achievement of the projects and Department Program objectives
- Lead the delivery of project initiatives by leading Project Managers in establishing and maintaining Project Plans and schedules, providing the monthly project highlight report, managing project risks, Issues and Stakeholder
- Exercise judgement, authority, and high-level influence to effectively coordinate the management of project requirements and competing team priorities

**Role requirements**
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, with experience software development or design
- 6+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
- Professional accreditation relevant to Program/Project delivery advantageous
