What are we looking for?

Come and join our fast growing Public Liability team in Ashfield. We are now seeking a talented and professional Law Clerk on a casual basis, full time hours.
- In this role you will assist the team in managing and progressing public liability matters, as you review medical reports and draft legal correspondence. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals and defendant lawyers
- Review, analyse and summarise medical records and other medical documents
- Prepare legal correspondence, court documents and briefs when required
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Work closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients
