**Position Overview**:
Our Foodservice team is seeking an Account Manager, Client Development who is responsible for building relationships with our clients, providing them with value-added insights and driving revenue within our accounts.

**Overall responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate usage of consumer panel data and provide actionable recommendations to client leadership teams to help them grow their business and gain market share.
- Develop strategic business insights regarding the clients' most important business issues/needs
- Manage the contract negotiation process with clients in order to achieve/exceed revenue objectives.
- Develop incremental business within each account, including creating sales goals and retention plans for each account.
- Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for the business.
- Support the production process for the Australia database as well as generating client deliverables.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years' experience within client services, account management or sales with a market research company, or Marketing Insight experience within a manufacturer or retailer from the Food or Food Service industry preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge specifically in Food will be an advantage although not essential.
- You have a good knowledge of Consumer Panel research. You must be able to analyze quantitative research and provide customer oriented insights.
- You are able to conduct engaging and impactful presentations that deliver value to the client while telling a compelling story in a concise manner to a diverse audience.
- You are eager to take up a commercial challenge coupled with a high level of client servicing and account management.
- With a collaborative approach to work, you are able to build solid relationships with APAC teams; and have the ability to network in the professional and industry environment.
- Overall we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person with a real passion for the Foodservice industry.
- Expert in all MS Office products. (Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills. Must be fluent in spoken/written English.
- BA/BS or above.
