**SUPPORT WORKER'S NEEDED TO JOIN OUR TOOWOOMBA TEAM**
HomeCaring are seeking multiple Superstar Support Worker's to join our kind & caring TOOWOOMBA TEAM to assist **TWO** lovely Participant's who we support on a 24/7 basis.

**EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR**:
**Participant A**: Experience in high physical care & support.

**Participant B**:Experience in mental health & complex behaviours.

**OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED SUPPORT WITH**:

- Activities of daily living.
- Community & social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

**HOMECARING REQUIRE OUR SUPPORT WORKERS TO HAVE**:

- A genuine passionfor working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive & long-lasting relationship
- Conversational communication skills & flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion & resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Excellent documentation skills
- A Qualification in Disability support or related field

**SHIFTS AVAILABLE**:
Morning
Afternoon
Afternoon + Inactive Sleepover
Active nights

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
